Dear Sam,
Thanks for the constructive thoughts. I hope my recent update has taken care of the China and Thailand trip details, and will hope to get to the calendar update soon. It is sometimes difficult to get to everything while on the road teaching, but I will do that soon.
Wishing you peace and joy always,
Daisy
Thank you for your constructive thoughts, Sam. I will try to make some time to take care of that so that it’s easier for practitioners to know when I’m close by in their area.
Wishing you peace and joy in all you do,
Daisy
I was introduced to you, Daisy Lee, by a good friend of mine who lives in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She mailed me your video and a cleansing diet. I am familiar with qigong because my husband and I were seeing a Chinese qigong doctor/healer – Dr. Liu in the Los Angeles area. My husband was scheduled to have surgery on his neck and a friend directed us to Dr. Liu My husband did not need the surgery after seeing him for awhile and learning exercises. I am at a point in my life where qigong would be very helpful to me. I am 65 years old and still working and, I recently have experienced “panic attacks”. I am truly excited to be introduced to you by way of your video and website.
Dear Tory,
Thank you for sharing you and your husband’s situation with me. I’m so happy to hear that he didn’t require surgery, and that he is on the mend with Dr. Liu’s support. Doctors in China traditionally prescribe specific Qigong movements unique to the patient’s condition that will help enhance healing and give a sense of empowerment to the individual. How wonderful that your husband has such a doctor in LA.
I hope you find the cleansing routine helpful as a number of my students have used it for stress relief and reducing anxiety…more than one practitioner has gone off anti-anxiety, as well as anti-depressant drugs from regular practice of this routine which only takes about 10 minutes to do once you learn the set.
Take good care, Tory, and I hope that we will have a chance to meet and share Qigong in person one day.
Wishing you and your husband best wishes on your healing journeys,
Daisy
