Healing with Plants & Herbs Workshop
911 Plant Medicine Hike at Kahuna Valley

Wednesday, December 22 from 8:30 – 11:30 am, Gabriel Monaghan, a graduate of the School of Natural Healing and a student of Kumu Ohai, the famous Hawaiian herbologist and healer who practices traditional Hawaiian medicine, or “La’au Lapa’au”, will be at Kahuna Valley to conduct a medicinal plant hike and harvest at Makaleha Mountains.
Master Herbalist, Gabriel Monaghan
Gabriel is a gifted teacher and healer whose knowledge and gentle spirit make learning a joy. Join us in the octagon classroom of Kahuna Valley where we will begin the hike and harvest at 8:30 am. From the grasses and herbs collected at the end of the hike, we will make a green drink that will bring health and vitality to your body, mind and spirit!
Give the Gift of Health and Knowledge
The cost of the 3-hour hike and harvest is $40, but the information you learn from Gabriel is priceless as he will share which emergency plant medicines work for stings, bumps, cuts and much more. Bring your pen, paper and if you wish, a camera to document the various herbs, leaves, grasses and how to use them. Wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy as we may be hiking through wet areas at the base of the Makaleha Mountains.

To register, email radiantlotus@gmail.com or call (808) 822-4268. For more information about Gabriel’s work, visit http://www.selfnaturalhealing.com/
