NOVEMBER SCHEDULE:

pic-kv-gazebo-2-w400-h400Saturday, November 7: 9:30-11 am – Kapa’a, Kaua’i - Morning Qigong in the Octagon Classroom. Open to all levels of practitioners.

Saturday, November 14: 9:30 – 12:30 pm – Kapa’a, Kaua’i - Special Morning Workshop - Learn Daisy & Francesco’s 10-minute Qigong for Cleansing form that helps to detoxify and rejuvenate the body’s immune system. Done twice a day, practitioners report gentle weight loss, clearer skin, increased lung capacity, improved strength and flexibility, and a sense of peace and well-being. Additional nutritional information will be shared, including foods and recommended supplements to support optimum immune health during the fall and winter seasons. Saturday, November 14: 1:30 – 4:30 pm – Kapa’a, Kaua’i - Special Women’s Afternoon Workshop – Radiant Lotus Qigong for Women’s Health & Healing in the octagon classroom, including the new Lotus Form. Daisy will teach a Women’s Qigong Self-Massage, Tibetan Vibrational Sound Healing to balance hormones and break up stagnations in the breasts and uterus, and the graceful ‘Lotus Rises From the Water’ Qigong form. An important workshop to rejuvenate the female body which is used for prevention as well as treatment of female health concerns such as PMS, menopause symptoms and hormonal changes in women. Saturday, November 21: NO CLASS THIS SATURDAY – DAISY RETURNS ON NOVEMBER 28 for a FINAL THANKSGIVING DAY CLASS!

Saturday, November 28: 9:30-11 am – Kapa’a, Kaua’iHAPPY THANKSGIVING! Daisy teaches a free and final gratuitious ‘Gratitude Class’ on Kaua’i this year. Open to all levels of practitioners.

*Saturday, November 28: 1:00-4:00 pm – Kapa’a, Kaua’i in the Kahuna Valley Octagon Classroom (“RAIN DATE” DUE TO FLOOD ON NOV. 14)! For students unable to cross the bridge at Kawaihau due to heavy rains (and tree falling on the bridge!) that day, Daisy will be doing a repeat of November 14′s workshop for women.     This is true for some women, Kyle. The key is to keep it as natural as possible, including creams that are absorbed through the skin that include ingredients like wild yams.
