What is Radiant Lotus Qigong?

Throughout China, Japan, India, Egypt and other Eastern countries, the beautiful lotus flower is famed for its ability to grow in muddy, stagnant waters, absorbing what is useful and releasing what no longer supports it’s optimum health.  Amidst challenging conditions, it breaks through the darkness to bring light, beauty, strength and grace to our world.

Learning from her master teachers in China, Tibet and the West, Daisy brought together the healing exercise systems of her most impressive teachers under one roof.  Radiant Lotus Qigong is a living philosophy that invites practitioners to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being with the daily practice of gentle, non-invasive health exercises that renew the body, clear the mind and which has the potential to transform awareness.

What is Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong?

Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong  (RLWQ) was created by Daisy after years of study with different Qigong masters who successfully addressed women’s health concerns with their own unique branch of Qigong.  RLWQ supports holistic self-care and self-healing of menstrual and hormonal imbalances, breast and uterine tumors/cysts, fibrocystic breast disease, emotional ups and downs, menopausal symptoms, memory loss and numerous other women’s health issues.  RLWQ can be used as an augment to western medicine or to enhance existing health and well-being.

Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong Worldwide

In 2009, Daisy was asked to certify female teachers to share this empowering women’s Qigong.  RLWQ captured the attention of women around the world for its grassroots approach in “women teaching women to heal themselves”. There are now certified RLWQ teachers in USA, Canada, Australia,  Costa Rica and Europe. Women of all ages, from puberty to the senior years, can learn from a nearby instructor and benefit from this empowering practice.

A complete list of certified instructors will soon be available (this feature is currently under construction – thank you for your patience!)

Private Qigong Health Readings with Daisy

Besides teaching workshops and certifications, Daisy does private Qigong health readings that empower clients to pursue optimum health, whether one is recovering from illness or seeking to enhance existing good health. Her clients range from athletes who wish to fine-tune their focus and release performance anxiety to those battling diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, weight gain, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances.  For children, Daisy often uncovers hidden allergies that suppress the immune response and challenge a child’s ability to concentrate due to “brain fog” or chemical imbalances.

Daisy’s insightful readings create a roadmap for self-discovery for those ready to take responsibility for their health and well-being. To book a Qigong health reading with Daisy, please email info@radiantlotusqigong.com.
